Hello members!

It’s that time of year again! We are beginning the process of renewing SPMABC memberships for 2026. Membership invoices will be emailed shortly to the billing address on file for each of our members.

Please ensure that quickbooks@notification.intuit.com is added to your safe list, as this is the email address that will send out the membership invoices. If you do not receive the invoice, please let me know!

Our membership form will be attached to the invoice as sent out by Quickbooks, but can also be found on  the membership page on our website (at the bottom of the page)

Please be advised that in order to qualify for early bird rates you will need to submit your membership form, proof of insurance and complete your membership payment by November 30th 2025

For members submitting documents via email: Once you have submitted your proof of insurance and membership form (to treasurer@spmabc.com), you will be provided with a link to our online payment page to make your fee payment.

For members intending to submit documents by mail, please be aware that while Canada Post is not currently fully on strike, if there is any further disruption in postal service, your membership documents/cheque may not be received. As such, we strongly encourage all members to submit documents electronically and make an online payment for dues.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us should you have any questions or concerns about this.

Thank you for your continued support!
