SPMABC - Gauging Interest for Our First Meeting in Kelowna, BC

Hello SPMABC Members,

We hope this message finds you well. We are excited to share that we are considering hosting our very first meeting in Kelowna, BC. This potential event would mark a shift from our previous meetings held in the Lower Mainland and on Vancouver Island.

The proposed location for the meeting is the Four Points by Sheraton Kelowna Airport, situated at 5505 Airport Way, Kelowna, BC. We are looking at a tentative date of Tuesday, November 4^th 2025 for this gathering.

We would like to emphasize that this event can only take place if there is sufficient interest among our members. Therefore, we kindly ask you to respond to this email if you wish to attend.

Specifically, we would like to know:

1. Are you interested in attending the meeting?

2. If so, approximately how many representatives from your company might be attending?
