Please ensure that quickbooks@notification.intuit.com is added to your safe list, as this is the email address that will send out invoices annually.

Thank you to everyone who has already submitted their application and certificate of insurance for 2025. We have collected dues payments or received documents from about 65% percent of our members at this time and are welcoming several new companies applying for membership this year!

For our Full Member, Supplier, and National Members, please be advised that in order to qualify for early bird rates you will need to submit your membership form, proof of insurance and membership fees by November 30th 2024

If a payment link has already been sent to you, please submit your payment at your earliest convenience.

For members submitting documents via email: Once you have submitted your proof of insurance and membership form (to this email address or to info.spmabc@gmail.com), you will be provided with a link to our online payment page to make your fee payment.

For members submitting documents by mail: If you have not already mailed your documents, please do not. Please note we will not be charging late fees to any members whose documents are postdated prior to December 1st even if they are received after the deadline (due to the strike)
