SPMABC – AGM 2026 - Friday February 6th 2026

Hello SPMABC members!

The SPMABC Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday February 6^th, 2026 at 5:15pm. It will be held at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Burnaby Conference Centre, 4331 Dominion St, Burnaby, BC V5G 1C7.

The Notice of AGM and Proxy, last year's minutes, and this year's agenda were sent to our members via email.

Please note, only members who have submitted required membership documents and paid their membership dues for 2026 will be issued a vote card and be permitted to vote at the meeting.

If you are unable to attend the meeting yourself and wish to designate a proxy, your proxy form can either be sent directly to your chosen proxy or directly to the board via return email. Please don’t hesitate to reach out should you have any questions or concerns.
