Topic: Customer Service – How to Reduce Stress and Get Extra Revenue (1 hour)


Speaker: Guillermo Camargo – Service Supervisor, Abell Pest Control


Credits: 1 Credit – Professionalism


Cost: $10 for members (receiving re-certification credits) and $150 for non-members


Pre-registration is required.


Please email info@spmabc.com with registration details including: company name, individuals attending (first and last names), and if they are registered for re-certification credits.


PLEASE NOTE: Moving forward, credit cards will only be accepted as a payment method if pre-registration has been submitted and confirmed and payment is made online prior to the session. If you are registering at the door, please note that if you or your company owes a balance from a previous session, you will only be granted access to the session by CASH payment onsite. We apologize for these changes, but it has proven difficult to collect outstanding payments from some companies.
